In our professional experience, we saw many digital transformation programs, realised with various product vendors and implementation partners. In most of the cases, one of the biggest risk or issue was the client not feeling in control of what it was getting from the vendors.
We exist for this reason: to be there for our clients in this journey and give them the confidence that everyone is doing the right thing for them.
We are not selling to our clients the product or the implementation project. We are not constrained by license selling targets, nor by project profitability KPIs.
Instead, our only focus is on the client.
What are we doing?
Our clients are companies that are in the process of selecting an implementation partner for the SAP Hybris products or already started to implement SAP Hybris and are looking for a trusted expert partner to help them manage the whole program.
We are not a replacement for implementation parters, but instead we stay close to the client’s business and technical staff and provide help to:

- understand the technical choices
- control the quality of the implementation
- use the right tools
- deliver a great experience to the users
